The breakfast was excellent. The gym had a very decent amount/variety of equipment; which is unusual for hotels. There were, at least, three benches available. Also, the gym provided water, towels, and items to clean the equipment. The room was equipped with iron and board. beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was separated perfectly. The toilet had its own door, the shower had a glass door that was actually functional. The concierge provided info for in-house PCR test, for my return flight.

The location of the hotel was great, the welcoming area was open and easy to access. Parking was available and free with extra underground parking and very clean. The room was a very good size, clean comfortable and the breakfast made our morning starts a breeze. After our long exploring days the pool was warm and very relaxing. The staff friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommended and return to this location.

Front desk and concierge staff VERY helpful. The concierge arranged our taxis and saved us 300 pesos each on our in-room COVID test, required for re-entry into USA. The room was clean and simple/tastefully decorated. Great shower/hot water and water pressure. Free bottled water in room. Excellent value.
